Research Progress on Active Ingredients and Applications of Choerospondias axillaris
As a wild resource used for both medicinal and food purposes,Choerospondias axillaris is rich in nutritional active substances,and its unique sweet and sour unique taste has gradually been applied to the food industry.This article reviews the research progress on the extraction of active ingredients and development and utilization of Choerospondias axillaris product,including the current research status of polysaccharides,flavonoids,polyphenols,etc.,as well as the current application of Choerospondias axillaris in the food industry.It is expected to provide a certain theoretical basis for further research and development and utilization of Choerospondias axillaris.
