Determination of Three Pesticide Residues in Exported Fruits and Vegetables Using a Combination of Nanomaterials and Rapid Filtration Purification Method
Currently, there are no national testing standards for three polar pesticides, methomyl, triforine, and sulfoxaflor. In order to facilitate pesticide residue detection in exported fruits and vegetables, reduce environmental pollution, and break down technological trade barriers. This article establishes a nanomaterial combined with rapid filtration purification method for the determination of three pesticide residues in exported fruits and vegetables. The results showed that within the range of 0.005 mg/L to 0.1 mg/L,there were good linear relationships for methomyl, triforine, and sulfoxaflor, with correlation coefficients R2 all greater than 0.994.The quantitative limits of methomyl, triforine, and sulfoxaflor are all 0.01 mg/kg,and the detection limits are all 0.005 mg/kg.The overall spiked recovery rates of blank samples for the three target pesticides ranged from 66.0%to 94.0%,with variation coefficients ranging from 3.9%to 11.0%.This method is accurate, simple, reliable, and economical, and can be used for the determination of three pesticide residues in exported fruits and vegetables.
