Preparation and Properties of Chitosan Modified Coenzyme Q10 Liposomes
In order to improve the stability of coenzyme Q10,chitosan modified coenzyme Q10 liposomes were prepared by ethanol injection. The effects of different concentrations of chitosan on the stability of coenzyme Q10 liposomes were studied. The particle size, polydispersion index and zeta potential of the liposomes were analyzed by nanoparticle particle size and zeta potential analyzer.Meanwhile, the structure of the liposomes was characterized by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The experimental results showed that chitosan was adsorbed on the surface of the liposome by static electricity. When the concentration of chitosan was 0.4%,the coenzyme Q10 liposome had good stability. In this case, the encapsulation rate of the liposome was 98.55%,the zeta potential was 45.43 mV,and the particle size was 246.73 nm.In general, liposomal embedding can improve the stability of coenzyme Q10,and chitosan modification can further improve the stability of coenzyme Q10 liposomes. The study results have reference value for the development of coenzyme Q10-related products.
