Determination of Avermectin Drug Residues in Livestock and Poultry Meat by Magnetic Solid-Phase Extraction-Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
This study explores the sample pretreatment process for livestock and poultry meat using magnetic solid-phase extraction(mSPE)technology. The method involves extracting with acetonitrile and purifying pig meat samples for avermectin drugs using magnetic HLB solid-phase extraction material. The analysis is performed with ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS),and a UPLC-MS/MS detection method for avermectin drugs in livestock and poultry meat is established. The new pretreatment method improves sample processing efficiency, reduces labor and resources, decreases the use of organic solvents, and minimizes harm to personnel and the environment. In the established method, the four avermectin drugs show a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2 μg/L to 200.0 μg/L(R2>0.995),and the detection limits of avermectin,ivermecti-n and doramectin were 0.2 μg/kg,the quantification limit of 0.5 μg/kg.The detection limit of a-cetaminate was 0.5 μg/kg,the quantification limit was 2.5 μg/kg.The recovery rates were 70.59%-95.35%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)from 2.87%to 8.73%.This method can well meet the actual detection needs of avermectin drugs in livestock and poultry meat.
