分子对接技术在生物活性肽构效关系中的研究进展

生物活性肽具有转化酶抑制活性、抗氧化活性、抗冻活性、二肽基肽酶抑制活性以及抗病毒活性等诸多生理功能.明晰活性肽的结构和功能间的关系是开发和应用的前提.分子对接是一种基于物质结构的虚拟筛选方法,多用于探究活性肽与靶蛋白或小分子配体的相互作用,通过分子对接等信息技术有助于深入解析活性肽结构与功能活性的内在关联,从而提高生物活性肽的开发效率.文章综述了分子对接技术在血管紧张素Ⅰ转化酶(Angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme,ACE)抑制肽、抗氧化肽和抗冻肽研究中的应用进展,以期为活性肽的研究和开发以及分子对接技术的应用提供参考.
Research Progress of Molecular Docking Technology in Structure-Activity Relationship of Bioactive Peptides
Many physiological functions are present in bioactive peptides,such as converting enzyme inhibitory activity,antioxidant activity,antifreeze activity,dipeptidyl peptidase inhibitory activity,and antiviral activity.The clarity of the relationship between the structure and function of active peptides is a prerequisite for their development and application.Molecular docking is a virtual screening method based on substance structure,mainly used to explore the interaction between active peptides and target proteins or small molecular ligands.Molecular docking and other information technologies play an important role in deeply analyzing the intrinsic relationship between the structure and functional activity of bioactive peptides,which can assist in improving the development efficiency of bioactive peptides.The application progress of molecular docking technology in the research of angiotensin I converting enzyme(ACE)inhibitory peptides,antioxidant peptides,and antifreeze peptides is mainly reviewed in this article,with the aim of providing reference for the research and development of active peptides and the application of molecular docking technology.
