实时荧光聚合酶链式反应法检测纯红薯粉条中的木薯成分

目的:为了对市售纯红薯粉条掺假检测,文章建立了实时荧光聚合酶链式反应法(Polymerase chain reaction,PCR)检测纯红薯粉条中木薯成分.方法:通过富集的方式收集到有效扩增浓度的DNA,测试了该方法的特异性和适应性,并对抽取的66份纯红薯粉条样本进行木薯成分的检测.结果:在66份实际样本中共检测出13批样本存在木薯成分.结论:该方法可实现对纯红薯粉条掺假的定性检测,为执法监管部门提供有力的技术保障.
Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction Assay for Detection of Cassava Ingredients in Pure Sweet Potato Vermicelli
Objective:In order to detect adulteration in pure sweet potato vermicelli from market,a qualitative detection method was developed in this paper for real-time fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Method:The effective amplified concentration of DNA was collected by enrichment,the specificity and adaptability of this method were tested,and the cassava ingredients were detected in 66 pure sweet potato vermicelli samples.Results:The detection result showed that cassava components were detected in 13 batches of 66 actual samples.Conclusion:This method realized the qualitative detection of the cassava ingredients in pure sweet potato vermicelli,providing strong technical support for law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
