摘要

水产品是人类摄入的重要营养来源之一,可为人体提供所需的多种营养物质.随着社会对水产品安全问题的重视,水产品中的药物残留分析也日益受到关注.文章对近5年来国内外在水产品中药物残留分析中固相萃取(Solid phase extraction,SPE)法的应用进行概述,归纳总结了固相萃取法在水产品中药物残留分析的应用,并对所使用的吸附剂进行总结和分类.

Abstract

Aquatic products are an important source of nutrition for humans,providing various essential nutrients.With the growing societal concern over the safety of aquatic products,the analysis of drug residues in these products has gradually become a research hotspot.This article reviews the application of solid phase extraction(SPE)in the analysis of drug residues in aquatic products over the past five years,summarizes the main applications of SPE in this field,and classifies and consolidates the sorbents used in the extraction process.
