黑老虎果毒理实验及其对血脂的调节作用

研究成熟黑老虎果的毒性及其对血脂的调节作用.对实验小鼠进行急性毒理实验,同时进行30d喂养实验,并观察小鼠血脂的变化.结果表明:雌雄小鼠经口最大耐受剂量(MTD)>20mL/kg(以体质量计),属无毒级;30d喂养实验各项观察指标正常,黑老虎果对小鼠的体质量、血液、脏器等均无显著影响;该果能明显降低小鼠血液中胆固醇水平.可以认为,成熟黑老虎果是值得开发的无毒且可调节血脂的珍稀野生水果.
An Experimental Animal Investigation on Toxicity and Blood Lipid Modulating Effect of Kadsura coccinea Fruit
The aim of this study was to investigate the toxicity and blood lipid modulating effect of ripe Kadsura conccinea fruit in vivo by maximal tolerance dose (MTD) test and 30-d feeding test in mice. Blood lipid changes in mice were analyzed during 30 days of Kadsura conccinea fruit feeding. The results showed MTD was > 20 mL/kg for both male and female mice, indicating that Kadsura conccinea fruit was non-toxic. Kadsura conccinea fruit had significant effect on neither mouse weight nor viscera but could obviously reduce the level of cholesterol in mouse blood. Thus, it can be considered that ripe Kadsura conccinea fruit deserves to be exploited as a rare wild fruit with the benefits of non-toxicity and modulating blood lipids.
