Optimization of Extraction Process for Acid-Soluble Collagen from Cyprinus carpio Haematopterus Scale by Response Surface Methodology
On the basis of one-factor-at-a-time experiments,Box-Behnken design (BBD) and response surface methodology (RSM) were applied to explore the effects of acetic acid concentration,material/liquid ratio and extraction duration on the extraction efficiency of collagen from common carp fish scale. As a result,a mathematical model was fitted. The optimal extraction conditions were found to be 0.54 mol/L acetic acid as the extraction solvent with a material/liquid ratio of 1∶10 (g/mL) for an extraction duration of 42 h.Under these conditions, the extraction efficiency of collagen was 15.89%.
