建立了硅胶固相萃取-高效液相色谱测定植物油中特丁基对苯二酚(Tert-Butylhydroquinone,TBHQ)含量的方法.该实验对硅胶的用量、油样量、洗脱剂的极性、流速和层析柱规格进行了优化组合.分别用3.1 pg、5.4 μg和13.6 μg作加标回收率和精密度试验,其回收率在95.6% ~ 103.7%,RSD%为3.5% ~5.1%,且同一样品的TBHQ含量测定结果与NY/T1602-2008测定的基本一致,说明该方法具有良好的准确性和重复性,可用于植物油中TBHQ含量的测定.
Determination of tert-butylhydroquinone content in vegetable oil by silica gel solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography
A silica gel solid phase of the neutral alumina extraction-high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the analysis of Tert-Butylhydroquinone (Tert-Butylhydroquinone,TBHQ) in the Vegetable oil.The amount of silica gel,oil,the polarity of the eluent,the velocity and the specifications of chromatography column were optimized in this experiment.The recovery rate and precision test experiments showed that:the recovery rate for 3.1 μg、5.4 μgand 13.6 μg were 95.6%-103.7%,RSD % were 3.5%-5.1%.The results of TBHQ content in the same sample were basically the same as that of NY/T1602-2008.This indicates that the method has good a accuracy and repeatability.It can be used for the determination of TBHQ content in vegetable oil.
