羧甲基茯苓多糖(CMP)是茯苓水不溶性多糖的羧甲基化修饰产物,具有调节免疫、抑菌抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、肝损伤保护和调节肠道菌群等多种生物活性,在功能性食品、活性分子载体、药物等领域有着广泛的应用前景.文章聚焦近年来国内外对CMP的研究,综述了CMP的生物活性、制备鉴定和应用开发,并对CMP的未来发展方向进行了展望.
Biological activity and food application of carboxymethyl pachymaran
Carboxymethyl pachymaran(CMP)is a carboxymethylated modification product of the water-insoluble polysaccharides from Poria cocos.It has many biological activities such as immune regulation,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,liver damage protection and intestinal flora regulation.It has a wide application prospect in functional food,active molecular carrier,medicine and other fields.In this paper,the research of CMP at home and abroad in recent years was focused,the biological activity,preparation,identification and application development of CMP were reviewed,and the future development direction of CMP was prospected.
