玫瑰作为一种传统的药食同源植物,不仅具有观赏价值,还富含多种对人体有益的生物活性成分.玫瑰多糖是其主要的生物活性成分之一,具备多种有益的生物活性,包括抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病、保护肝脏和保湿等.文章综述了玫瑰多糖的提取、纯化、结构特征、生物活性以及结构与活性之间的关系,并对玫瑰多糖潜在的应用进行了分析总结.
Abstract
As a traditional medicinal and food homologous plant,rose not only has ornamental value,but also contains a variety of bioactive components that are beneficial to human body.Among them,rose polysaccharide is one of its main bioactive ingredients,with a variety of beneficial biological activities,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-diabetes,liver protection and moisturizing.This review summarized the extraction,purification,structural characteristics,biological activities and relationship between structure and activity of rose polysaccharides,and the potential applications of rose polysaccharides were also analyzed and discussed.
