摘要

四环素是一种典型的广谱抗生素,在食品、药品等领域有着广泛的应用.但不恰当使用四环素会对人体健康和环境安全造成危害.因此,针对四环素的残留,开发灵敏、可靠、快速的检测方法十分必要.近年来,基于纳米材料修饰的电化学传感器因其灵敏度高、响应速度快等优势,已被成功用于食品和环境样品的四环素残留检测.该综述通过对比不同纳米材料修饰的四环素电化学传感器,旨在为四环素的痕量分析及开发高效的检测技术提供参考,同时也归纳了四环素电化学传感器目前尚存在的一些问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望.

Abstract

Tetracycline(TC)is a typical broad-spectrum antibiotic with extensive applications in fields such as food and medicine.However,its improper use can pose a threat to human health and environmental safety.Therefore,detecting the residue of tetracycline is very important.In recent years,electrochemical sensors modified with nanomaterials have been successfully applied for the detection of tetracycline residues in food and environmental samples due to their high sensitivity and fast response.This review compares the electrochemical sensors modified with different nanomaterials for tetracycline detection,aiming to provide a reference for trace analysis of tetracycline and the development of more efficient detection technology.At the same time,this review also summarizes the existing problems of tetracycline-detecting electrochemical sensors and the prospects for their development.
