摘要

山核桃是胡桃科山核桃属落叶乔木,由于其具有显著的抗肿瘤作用、抑菌等作用,且来源广泛,受到各国学者的广泛关注。近年来国内外学者对其进行了广泛的研究,通过查阅整理山核桃的研究文献,综述了近10年来山核桃的化学成分和生物活性研究进展,为其进一步的开发利用提供参考。

Abstract

Carya cathayensis is a kind of deciduous tree, belonging to the genus Carya in Juglandaceae. In the recent years, scholars from various countries had paid more attention to them because of their significant antitumor and antibacterial effects. This article mainly summarized the research advances of Carya cathayensis about chemical constituents and pharmaceutical activities in the lately ten years for its further development and utilization.
