Aroma components of Fuji Apple have esters, aldehydes, alcohols and other 4 kinds of 35 compounds, they were consist of butyl acetate, hexyl acetate, 2-methyl-butyl acetate, hexanal, 2-hexenal, 1-butanol, 2-methyl butanol, 1-hexanol. higher esters and aldehydes content area was Hebei Province higher altitude of Chengde Shijiazhuang Xingtai, higher alcohol content is in lower altitude in Qinhuangdao, Baoding.
