黑木耳多糖口服液制备工艺研究

以黑木耳多糖提取率为指标,采用正交试验法对黑木耳多糖口服液制备工艺进行了研究。结果表明:黑木耳多糖的最佳提取工艺为:加入50倍的蒸馏水,90℃恒温水浴加热提取2次,每次3 h,醇沉浓度为80%,4℃静置24 h,过滤得沉淀,将沉淀复溶于水,再向提取液中加入蔗糖3.5%、蜂蜜1%、柠檬酸0.06%,经过滤,灌装,灭菌得黑木耳多糖口服液成品。经硫酸-蒽酮法检测,制备的黑木耳多糖口服液产品中黑木耳多糖含量为8.0 mg/mL,该定量方法准确可靠,重现性好,可作为黑木耳多糖口服液的质量控制方法。
Reseach on Preparation Technology of the Polysaccharide of Auricularia Auricular Oral Liquid
Using the extraction rate of Auricularia Auricular Polysaccharide as indicator. The orthogonal optimization experiment is used in this paper to study the preparation procedure of Auricularia Auricular Oral Liquid.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was using water extraction method. Extraction temperature was 90℃, extracting 2 times, each time 3 h,ethanol precipitation in 80%ethanol for 24 h,the content of Auricularia Auricular polysaccharide in the product are 8.0 mg/mL,which was checked by anthrone-sulfuric acid method. The above methods were accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
