浸泡清洗去除金桔中百菌清残留的研究

使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪,研究不同处理方式对金桔中百菌清残留的去除效果.选用日常生活常见的4种浸泡清洗方式:清水浸泡、盐水浸泡、小苏打水浸泡和超声波清洗机清洗,以及常温避光储存法进行探究.结果表明:几种方式处理10 min~15 min可以有效去除金桔中百菌清残留,但不能完全去除农药百菌清,仍有少量残留.
Removal of Chlorothalonil Residue in Kumquat by Soaking and Washing
The removal of chlorothalonil residue in kumquat was studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The samples were soaked respectively with tap water,ultrasonic water,salt solution and NaHCO3 solution as well as were deposited in normal temperature.The results showed that the methods all above had effects on wiping out chlorothalonil residue in ten to fifteen mintues.But the residue could not be completely wiped out.
