大孔吸附树脂分离提纯冬虫夏草多糖的研究

进行AB-8和D-280大孔吸附树脂分离提纯冬虫夏草多糖的研究,确定AB-8大孔吸附树脂处理冬虫夏草浸出液时的吸附特性,洗脱液用D-280大孔吸附树脂进行脱色处理.研究结果表明:当用AB-8大孔吸附树脂处理浓度为2.0mg/mL的冬虫夏草原液200 mL,上样液的pH为6,多糖渗滤液的流速为0.8 mL/min,得多糖246.4 mg,再经D-280大孔吸附树脂进行脱色处理,最后得到冬虫夏草多糖207.1 mg.
Research on the Separation and Purification of Cordyceps sinensis Polysaccharide by Macroporous Adsorption Resin
The separation and purification of Cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide by AB-8 and D-280 macroporous adsorption resin were researched,confirmed the adsorption characteristics when used AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin to deal with Cordyceps sinensis leachate,and the eluent was decolored and processed by D-280 macroporous adsorption resin.The results showed that when used AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin to deal with 200 mL concentration of 2.0 mg/mL of Cordyceps sinensis liquid,the pH of sample solution was 6,the flow velocity of polysaccharide leachate was 0.8mL/min,got 246.4 mg polysaccharide,which was decolored and processed by D-280 macroporous adsorption resin,finally got 207.1 mg Cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide.
