超声波辅助提取大球盖菇总黄酮工艺优化

主要研究了超声波辅助提取大球盖菇中总黄酮的提取工艺,研究了乙醇浓度、超声功率、时间、料液比对大球盖菇总黄酮提取率的影响.通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了大球盖菇黄酮类化合物的优化提取工艺条件.超声波优化提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度30%,料液比1∶15(g/mL),超声功率120W,时间1h,总黄酮的提取率为1.138%.
Study on Ultrasonic Wave Assisted Extraction of Flavonoids from Stropharia
The research aimed to study the extraction of total flavonoids from Stropharia with ultrasonic wave treatment.Based on the effect of different factors such as ethanol concentration,ultrasonic wave treatment,ultrasonic time and ratio of material to liquid,On the basis of single-factor experiments,the optimum extraction technology was determined through orthogonal experiments.30 % ethanol as extracting agent,ratio of material to liquid of 1 ∶ 15 g/mL,processing 120 W with ultrasonic wave and extraction for 1 h.The optimized method is effici-ent,and the extraction yield of total flavonoids reached up to 1.138 %.
