Study on the Ursolic Acid Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of β-Cyclodextrin from the Hawthorn
To study the extraction of ursolic acid from Hawthorn by ultrasonic-assisted β-CD.The yield of the ursolic acid was determined by UV-spectrophotometry,based on the single factor test and orthogonal test using ursolic acid as an index.The influence of various factors on the extraction process of ultrasonic wave was detected.The optimum extraction conditions were 80 % ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power of 240 W,extraction time of 30 min,liquid-solid ratio of 30 ∶ 1 (mL/g),the temperature of 50 ℃,β-CD of the amount m (hawthorn):m (β-CD) of 1 ∶ 1.Ursolic acid yield of Hawthorn:7.264 mg/g.The yield of ursolic acid was obviously increased in the presence of β-CD.The results shows of contrast test:ursolic acid on escherichia coli,bacillus subtilis has antibacterial effect.
