Application of Stable Isotope Mass Spectrometry in Food Safety Inspection
A review on the stable isotope mass spectrometry analysis technique and its application in food safety traceability and authenticity. Focuses on the application of its in infant milk powder adulterated, honey adulter-ation and provenance, adulteration of vegetable oils, drinks traceability and adulteration and animal food pro-duction traceability and adulteration detection. Meanwhile, made some suggestions to develop prospect in food safety.
