不同产地的薏米营养成分分析

主要对肇庆、揭阳、吉林3个产地薏米的常规营养成分,蛋白质、脂肪、还原糖、总糖、水分、灰分及微量元素含量进行了测定,并进行了对比分析研究.研究结果表明:3个产地薏米中蛋白质、水分、脂肪、还原糖、总糖、灰分的含量范围分别在12.38~14.50、8.52~9.09、8.41~9.26、0.41~1.34、58.74~60.07、0.72~0.78 g/100 g之间;3个产地薏米的微量元素Mg、K、Na、Ca、Cu、Mn、Fe最高含量分别达到248.06、541.56、19.961、35.257、1.205、4.501、7.870 mg/100 g;吉林薏米的微量元素总含量最高.
Nutrition Component Analysis of Coix Seed from Different Area
In Zhaoqing, Jieyang, Jilin three main producing area of semen coicis conventional nutrients , pro-tein, fat, reducing sugar, total sugar, moisture, ash content, and trace elements were determined, and has carried on the comparative analysis research. The results showed that the three origin of coix seed protein , mois-ture, fat, reducing sugar, total sugar, the content of ash range in 12.38-14.50, 8.52-9.09, 8.41-9.26, 0.41-1.34, 58.74-60.07, between 0.72-0.78 g/100 g;three origin of coix seed trace element Mg, K, Na, Ca, Cu, Mn, Fe, the highest content were 248.06,541.56,19.961,35.257,1.205,4.501,7.870 mg/100 g; Jilin coix seed has the highest total content of trace element.
