超声辅助优化女贞子皮中原花青素的提取工艺

试验通过超声辅助研究了女贞子皮中原花青素的最佳提取工艺.采用单因素试验和正交试验考察了盐酸含量、乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间和提取温度对原花青素提取率的影响.结果表明最佳工艺条件为盐酸含量1.0%,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:10(g/mL),超声时间20 min,提取温度50℃,在此条件下提取率为4.4%.该工艺具有操作简单,提取时间短的特点,为女贞子皮中原花青素的进一步研究提供了参考依据.
Study on Extraction Technology of Proanthocyanidins from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Skin by Ultrasonic-assisted
The extraction technology of proanthocyanidins from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi skin was optimized by microwave-assisted. The single factor and orthogonal test was used to study the effects of proanthocyanidins ex-traction yield, including hydrochloric acid content, ethanol concentration, material-liquid ratio, ultrasonic time and extraction temperature. The results showed that the optimum extraction technology were:hydrochloric acid 1%, ethanol 60%, material-liquid ratio 1:10 (g/mL), ultrasonic time 20 min and extraction tempera-ture 50℃. The proanthocyanidins extraction yield was 4.4%at the best process. The process was simple and short time, and the test provided referential basis for the further research.
