Determination and Analysis of Dibutyl Phthalate in Mycelium of Dictyophora
To study the effects of Dictyophora mycelium on the accumulation of dibutyl phthalate (DBP), and determine the content of DBP from it in different growth stages. Through the external standard method and stan-dard addition recovery experiment, the medium and blank medium as control groups, the DBP was separated from dried Dictyophora mycelium by ultrasonic-assisted solvent extraction method with ethyl acetate, and ana-lyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that: (1) The regressione e-quation of calibration curve was y = 26021x - 74798, the correlative coefficient was 0.9999, and proof method had good linearity within 5.0 μg/mL - 100.0 μg/mL range. The actual recoveries were 95.4 %-105.0 %, the av-erage recovery was 98.9 %, and relative standard deviation was 3.4 %.(2)A certain amount of DBP was detect-ed from the extracts of blank medium, and its concentration was 19.30 μg/mL. The concentration of DBP from medium in different time was in the range of 17.71 μg/mL-20.50 μg/mL, and the concentration of DBP in the Dictyophora mycelium was 28.86 mg/kg -33.52 mg/kg during the corresponding culture time. Dictyophora mycelium can produce and release a certain amount of DBP during the culture process, and also enrich the DBP in the environment.
