Optimization of Fermentation Medium for Liquid Spawn of Pleurotus djamor
The liquid fermentation medium of Pleurotus djamor in submerged culture was studied according to the index of mycelium dry weight by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The result showed that the optimum fermentation medium for liquid spawn of Pleurotus djamor was glucose 20 g/L,yeast extract 15 g/L, KH2PO42 g/L,MgSO47H2O 0.5 g/L,and we verify it through experiment.
