Detection of Diethylstilbestrol Residue in Milk by Molecularly Imprinted Magnetic Solid Phase Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers(MMIPs)were prepared by surface molecular imprinting technology.Magnetic activated carbon was used as carrier, diethylstilbestrol as template molecule,meth-acrylic acid as functional monomer, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate as crosslinking agent,azobisisobutyro-nitrile as initiator, and acetonitrile as pore causing agent. The characterization and adsorption properties of the polymer were studied, and a method was established for the detection of diethylstilbestrol residue in milk by magnetic solid extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography. The experimental results showed that the concentration of diethylstilbestrol in the range of 0.15-150.00 mg/L had a good linear relation-ship with the corresponding peak area. The maximum adsorption capacity of MMIPs on diethylstilbestrol was 127.85 mg/g.The detection limit was 2.00×10-6 mg/mL.The recovery of spiked milk was 87.56%-98.58%.Relative standard deviation(RSD)was 3.26%-6.28%.
