摘要

为研究胶状鳞伞菌多糖的理化性质及体外生物学活性,采用水提醇沉法制备胶状鳞伞菌多糖,并对其理化特性和抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖活性进行研究.结果表明:胶状鳞伞菌多糖主要由葡萄糖、甘露糖、木糖、半乳糖组成,具有典型的多糖特殊红外光谱吸收峰,含有吡喃糖苷与糖醛酸,分子量为 29 754 Da.抗氧化结果表明胶状鳞伞菌多糖具有DPPH自由基、羟自由基、ABTS+自由基、超氧阴离子自由基清除能力及还原力.胶状鳞伞菌多糖可抑制肿瘤细胞BGC-823、HepG2、Caco-2 的增殖,对α-淀粉酶活性有抑制作用.

Abstract

The physicochemical properties and in vitro biological activities of the polysaccharide from colloidal scale umbrella fungus were studied.The polysaccharide was prepared by aqueous extraction and alcohol pre-cipitation,and its physicochemical properties and antioxidant,anti-tumor,and blood glucose-lowering activi-ties were investigated.The results showed that the polysaccharide of colloidal scale umbrella fungus was mainly composed of glucose,mannose,xylose,and galactose.The extracted polysaccharide showed typical in-frared absorption peaks of polysaccharides,containing pyranoside and uronic acid,with the molecular weight of 29 754 Da.The extracted polysaccharide showcased scavenging activities against DPPH,hydroxyl,ABTS+,and superoxide anion free radicals and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power.In addition,the extracted polysaccha-ride inhibited the proliferation of BGC-823,HepG2,and Caco-2 cells and inhibited the activity of α-amylase.
