摘要
葛根中富含多糖、黄酮、皂苷、有机酸、生物碱、维生素、酚类等多种活性成分,近年来,多糖作为葛根的主要活性成分之一,对其研究不断深入,发现其具有免疫调节、降血糖、抗氧化等多种生物活性.该文对葛根多糖近年来的研究成果进行整理,综述了葛根多糖的提取分离、结构及生物活性的研究进展,以期为葛根多糖的综合利用提供借鉴指导.
Abstract
Pueraria lobata exhibits a wide range of pharmacological activities and holds significant potential for development and utilization.Pueraria lobata is rich in various bioactive compounds,including polysaccha-rides,flavonoids,saponins,organic acids,alkaloids,vitamins,and phenolic compounds.In recent years,poly-saccharides have been identified as one of the main active components in Pueraria lobata,and extensive re-search has been conducted to explore their properties.These studies have revealed that Pueraria lobata poly-saccharides possess multiple biological activities,such as immunomodulation,hypoglycemic effects,and anti-oxidant properties.In this study,recent research progress on Pueraria lobata polysaccharides was reviewed,fo-cusing on their extraction,isolation,structural characteristics,and biological activities,and a reference was ex-pected to be provided for the comprehensive utilization of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides.
