Related influencing factors and intervention strategies of postoperative CD-RISC scores in patients with thyroid cancer
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of postoperative resilience scale(CD-RISC)in patients with thyroid cancer. Methods A total of 106 postoperative patients with thyroid cancer who were treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.General information questionnaire,CD-RISC scale,Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)were used to analyze the factors affecting the CD-RISC score of patients, and multiple linear regression analysis was performed on the assignment of different factors. Results The average score of CD-RISC in 106 patients with thyroid cancer after surgery was(59.36±2.75)points,which was lower than the domestic norm(65.40±13.90)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.389,P<0.001).There were significant differences in CD-RISC scores a-mong patients with different levels of education, disease duration, resilience training, social support, positive coping SCSQ,negative coping SCSQ,and GSES scores(all P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis found that educa-tional level(β=2.365),disease duration(β=-1.257),resilience training(β=3.874),social support(β=4.390),posi-tive coping SCSQ(β=2.143),negative coping SCSQ(β=-2.268),and GSES score(β=2.058)were factors influen-cing CD-RISC scores. Conclusions Educational level, course of disease, resilience training, social support, active coping with SCSQ,negative coping with SCSQ,and GSES score are the influencing factors of CD-RISC score.Medical staff should pay enough attention and formulate targeted nursing measures to improve the prognosis.
