Analysis of occupational health literacy level and influencing factors of key groups in Fuzhou medical and health industry in 2022
Objective To understand the level of occupational health literacy of key groups in the medical and health indus-try in Fuzhou,analyze its influencing factors,and provide a basis for further implementation of intervention measures.Methods Using a combination of probability proportional scale sampling and stratified cluster random sampling,the"Na-tional Key Population Occupational Health Literacy Monitoring Survey Individual Questionnaire"was applied to investi-gate frontline medical and healthcare personnel in the medical and health industry in Fuzhou City;The survey results were statistically analyzed using test and binary logistic regression analysis.Results In 2022,the occupational health litera-cy rate of first-line medical and nursing personnel in the medical and health industry in Fuzhou was 54.58%(143/262,95%CI:48.49%-60.67%).The binary logistic regression analysis showed that the education level(OR:2.895,95%CI:1.800-4.657)and the nature of the household registration(OR:4.325,95%CI:1.749-10.693)were the important in-fluencing factors.The occupational health literacy level of groups with associate degrees or below was lower than that of groups with or above college education,and the group with agricultural household registration was lower than the group with residential household registration,with statistically significant differences,both P<0.05.Conclusions The level of occupational health literacy of key groups in the medical and health industry in Fuzhou needs to be improved.Measures should be taken at multiple levels,dimensions and aspects to propagate and intervene the occupational health literacy knowledge of medical staff and even the whole population,so as to further improve the occupational health literacy level of key groups in the medical and health industry and even the whole population.
