目的 通过文献分析了解智慧化管理在癌症患者生活质量领域研究现状,探讨研究的热点和前沿,为我国在该领域开展相关研究提供参考.方法 检索1999-01-01-2022-04-30核心合集数据库(WOS)收录的智慧化管理在癌症患者生活质量领域研究的相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件对作者、发文国家、机构分布和关键词等进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入有效文献482篇,发文量呈逐年上升趋势;进行智慧化管理对癌症患者生活质量研究的作者共有252位,已经形成了明显的核心团队;发文量最多的国家是美国;发文量最多的机构是丹娜法伯癌症研究院和西北大学;JMIR mHealth and uHealth 是载文量最多的杂志;代表研究热点的关键词为"quality of life""breast neoplasm""management""cancer survivor""impact""artificial intelligence""mobile application"等.结论 国外智慧化管理在癌症患者生活质量领域研究相对比较成熟,为我国开展相关研究提供参考依据.
Intelligent management in quality of life for cancer patients research based on CiteSpace:a visual analysis
Objective To analyze the research status quo of intelligent management in quality of life for cancer patients through literature analysis,discuss the research hotspots and frontiers,in order to provide references for relevant research in China.Methods Related literature on intelligent management in quality of life for cancer patients was retrieved from Web of Science(WOS)from January 1,1999 to April 30,2022.CiteSpace software was used for visually analyzing au-thors,countries,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 482 relevant pieces of literature were included.The num-ber of papers published was increasing year by year;252 authors conducted research on intelligent management in quality of life for cancer patients and formed the obvious core teams;the country with the largest number of papers was the United States;The institution with the most articles was Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Northwestern University;JMIR mHealth and uHealth was the journal with the most articles;Keywords representing research hotspots were quality of life,breast neoplasm,management,cancer survivor,impact,artificial intelligence,mobile application,etc.Conclusion The research on intelligent management in quality of life for cancer patients abroad was relatively mature,which providing references for relevant research in China.
