Analysis of the level of psychological consistency and its related influencing factors in patients with chronic renal failure
Objective To analyze the level of psychological consistency in patients with chronic renal failure and explore its related influencing factors. Methods Totally 86 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in the Second Affilia-ted Hospital of Nanchang University from August 1,2019 to August 31,2022 were selected as the study subjects. The Chinese version of the psychological consistency scale(SOC-13)was used to evaluate the psychological consistency of pa-tients,and t-test or one-way ANOVA was used to compare the SOC-13 scores of patients with chronic renal failure with different characteristics,so as to identify the influencing factors of the psychological consistency level of patients with chronic renal failure. Results The SOC-13 score of patients with chronic renal failure was(61.25±6.79)points.There were statistically significant differences in SOC-13 scores among patients with chronic kidney failure who had different family monthly income per capita(t=8.399,P<0.001),educational level(t=6.989,P<0.001),social support(F=14.314,P<0.001),and self-efficacy(F=14.996,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that low educational level(t=-3.333,95%CI was-10.662 to-2.693,P=0.001),low monthly income per capita(t=-5.718,95%CI was-13.302 to-6.446,P<0.001),low self-efficacy(t=-2.940,95%CI was-10.774 to-2.080,P=0.004),and low social support(t=-3.626,95%CI was-11.682 to-3.406,P<0.001)were risk fac-tors affecting the psychological consistency level of patients with chronic kidney failure. Conclusion The psychological consistency level of patients with chronic kidney failure is relatively low, mainly influenced by factors such as per capita monthly income, educational level, social support,self-efficacy,etc.
