Based on the corpus of journal papers,conference papers,and master's and doctoral papers published in China from 2000 to 2022,this study adopts a bibliometric analysis method to comprehensively investigate and analyze the state of social translation research in China.The findings are as follows:the researches on social translation study in China have shown a rapid growth trend in recent years;topics such as"field""habitus""capital","Bourdieu"and"translation"are high-frequency research keywords;the current research direction has shifted from theoretical explorations to theoretical applications;theoretical exploration research,case practice research,and review evaluation research are three main research directions.In future,it is suggested to further expand the depth and breadth of sociological translation studies through em-pirical researches combined with other digital means.
