The development of health care for the elderly in Henan Province has been on a fast track,and the planning and guidance of the integration of medical care and elderly care into the community in-home care are in line with the provincial conditions and the needs of the elderly group.In view of the problems faced by the development of embedded elderly care,such as policy ambiguity,lack of financing,and the brain drain of healthcare workers,it is suggested that the government should take the lead and strengthen the supervision and management of financing operations,the society should participate to bridge the path of benign resource embedding,and the team should be optimized to cultivate talents and improve treatment at the same time.
