双高院校"艺、能、术"融合型人才培养模式实践研究

以校企共建"技能大师工作室"为平台,以项目"技术研发"为引领,以"技能大赛"为驱动,创新基于"艺、能、术"融合型人才培养模式,拓展"三全育人"新机制.从高职"艺、能、术"融合型人才培养模式内涵入手,解决了专业人才培养创新能力不足、"工匠精神"培育缺乏载体、师资队伍无法满足"双师双能"要求等问题,在理论、实践以及机制层面形成创新特色,经部分高职院校的推广应用和不断完善,形成了较为成熟的人才培养实施路径.
An Empirical Study on the Innovation of the"Skills,Abilities,and Techniques"Integrated Training Model for Higher Vocational Talents under the Background of Double High Construction
The"skills,abilities and techniques"integrated talent cultivation model is based on the"Skill Master Studio"platform co-built by colleges and enterprises,led by"technological research and development"projects,and driven by"skill competitions".It innovates the talent cultivation model based on the integration of"skills,abilities and techniques",and expands the new mechanism of"three-wide education".Starting from the connotation of the talent cultivation model of"skills,abilities and techniques"in higher vocational colleges,it solves the problems of insufficient innovative ability in professional talent cultivation,lack of carrier for the cultivation of"craftsmanship spirit",and inability of the faculty to meet the requirements of"double-qualified teachers".It forms innovative char-acteristics at the theoretical,practical and mechanism levels,and through the promotion and application and contin-uous improvement of some higher vocational colleges,a relatively mature talent training implementation path has been formed.
