摘要
随着数字化时代的到来,利用新技术新媒体已成为新时代做好高校思想政治教育工作的必然选择.网络化、信息化、大数据、智能化的数字技术聚合了海量资源和教学素材,推动思想政治教学更加形象化、生动化、趣味化.同时,也存在高校教学环境难以控制、教师队伍建设滞后、学生精神需求多样化等问题.通过营造良好的思想政治教育氛围、优化思政教育教师队伍及拓展思政教育实践教学路径等,进一步增强高校思政教育的实效性.
Abstract
With the arrival of the digital era,the use of new technology and new media has become an inevitable choice to do a good job of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.Networking,informatization,big data,and intelligent digital technology have aggregated massive resources and teaching materi-als,and promoted ideological and political teaching to be more visual,vivid,and interesting.At the same time,there are also problems such as the difficulty of controlling the teaching environment in colleges and universities,the lag in the construction of teachers,and the diversification of students'spiritual needs.The effectiveness of ideolog-ical and political education in colleges and universities can be further enhanced by creating a good atmosphere for ide-ological and political education,optimizing the team of teachers for ideological and political education,and expanding the path of practical teaching for ideological and political education.
