In order to carry out the Outline for Building a Leading Sport Nation and give full play to the impor-tant role of sports in the high-quality construction and modernization of Henan province,Henan is committed to building a higher level of public service system for national fitness in order to promote the construction of a strong sport province.In the process of building sport Shangqiu,it is necessary to consider the inner relationship between the reconstruction of old city and the development of national fitness.Through questionnaire survey and interview,and on the basis of understanding the current situation of national fitness in Shangqiu city and the impact of old city reconstruction on the development of national fitness,the bottleneck problems restricting the development of nation-al fitness in Shangqiu city are analyzed and relevant suggestions are put forward.
