伟大建党精神引领和培育新时代青年成长问题探究

摘要
伟大建党精神是中国共产党的精神之源,是党带领人民不断取得成功的精神密码.青年人是国之未来、民族之希望,也是伟大建党精神的重要缔造者和传承者.在世界多极化、主流意识形态面临巨大挑战的背景下,部分青年易受国内外不良思潮、不良风气的影响,出现理想信念动摇、不肯吃苦、不愿奋斗等问题.基于此,要以伟大建党精神引领新时代青年成长,使其成为有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗的新时代青年.
Abstract
The great Party-founding spirit is the source of the spirit of the Communist Party of China(CPC),and is the spiritual code by which the Party leads its people to achieve continuous success.Young people are the fu-ture of the country and the hope of the nation,as well as the important creators and inheritors of the great Party-founding Spirit.Against the background of multi-polarization in the world and great challenges to the mainstream ideology,some young people are susceptible to the influence of domestic and foreign undesirable trends and bad cus-toms,and have problems such as wavering ideals and beliefs,refusing to suffer and struggle,and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to lead the growth of young people in the new era with the great Party-founding spirit,so as to make them idealistic,courageous,capable of suffering and willing to struggle in the new era.
