Analysis of the Training Mode of Government-Industry-College-Research Institution-Employer Innovative Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges
The government-industry-college-research institution-employer is a talent cultivation model that com-bines local governments,enterprises,colleges and universities,scientific research institutions,and employers.It is the key to solve the bottleneck problem of enterprises and universities,an effective transition to formal employ-ment,and a trend in future education development.Starting from the necessity of the cultivation models of govern-ment-industry-college-research institution-employer talents,this paper proposes the implementation path of innova-tive talent cultivation models,such as constructing course modules based on work tasks,forming professional level mentor teams,exploring professional characteristics,and reforming student assessment and evaluation methods.This helps to solve the shortcomings of traditional teaching and provides a new approach for the talent cultivation model in higher vocational education.
