高素质技能型人才视域下高职院校插花与花艺设计课程的改革与实践

摘要
我国职业教育发展进入了提质培优、增值赋能新阶段."插花与花艺设计"课程坚持"提升职业素养,创造美好生活"理念,深化产教融合,对接岗位需求,创新"三阶四相"教学策略,形成"岗课赛证"融通、"一线四点"全程育人的课程模式.通过改革与实践,不断提高学生学习的主动性和创新性,培养"有审美、精技术、能创新"高素质技能型人才,为职业教育和相关专业课程改革提供参考.
Abstract
The development of vocational education in China has entered a new stage of quality improvement,value-added empowerment,and talent cultivation.The course"Flower Arrangement and Floral Design"adheres to the concept of"enhancing professional quality and creating a better life",deepens the integration of production and education,meets the needs of the job market,innovates the teaching strategy of"three stages and four phases",and forms a curriculum model of"post-course-competition-certificate"integration and"four points on the front line"whole-process education.Through reform and practice,we will continuously improve students'learning initiative and innovation,and cultivate high-quality skilled talents with"aesthetics,fine technology,and innovative ability",providing reference for the reform of vocational education and related professional courses.
