Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is the"outline"and"main line"of doing a good job in national work in the new era.Over the past 75 years since its founding,the People's Republic of China has accumulated rich basic experience in forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation,such as adhering to the combination of Marxist ethnic theory with the specific reality of the Chinese nation,combining the sense of com-munity of the Chinese nation with the opposition to the"two kinds of nationalisms",combining the overall leader-ship of the Party with the coordination of pluralistic subjects,and emphasizing the combination of commonality and inclusiveness to difference.Under the new situation,forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation should not only strengthen the ideological consensus of the community and consolidate the foundation of the interests of the national community,but also strengthen the cultural identity of national unity and link the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
