"枫桥经验"调解制度融合传统文化智慧与现代司法创新,通过多元纠纷解决机制,助力社会和谐稳定,既提效又应需.其核心在于:强化党的领导,引领方向;构建多元化解机制,整合资源;提升调解队伍专业能力,确保公正;融合自治、法治、德治,多维治理.设立监督评估体系,保障质量与效率,不仅提升基层法院审判效能,更能激发创新活力,为基层治理贡献力量.
Abstract
The"Fengqiao Experience"mediation system integrates traditional cultural wisdom and modern judi-cial innovation,and helps to promote social harmony and stability through a pluralistic dispute resolution mecha-nism,which is both effective and responsive to needs.The core of the system lies in:strengthening the leadership of the Party to guide the direction;building a diversified mediation mechanism to integrate resources;enhancing the professional competence of the mediation team to ensure impartiality;and integrating self-government,the rule of law,and virtue to provide multi-dimensional governance.The establishment of a monitoring and evaluation system to ensure quality and efficiency not only enhances the adjudication efficiency of grass-roots courts,but also stimu-lates innovation and vigor,contributing to grass-roots governance.
