摘要
职业教育的生命在于实践和应用.高职院校创新创业人才培养,应着眼于现存问题,立足培养应用型复合人才,以实现学生个体成长为导向,通过建立科学系统的教学体系、建设产教协同孵化平台、健全双创成果考评机制、搭建信息化创新创业平台等举措形成育人合力,深化创新创业人才培养模式,建设高职双创生态校园.
Abstract
The life of vocational education lies in practice and application.Cultivation of innovative and entrepre-neurial talents in higher vocational colleges should focus on the existing problems,be based on the cultivation of ap-plication-oriented composite talents,and guided by the realization of individual growth of the students,so as to form a joint force in educating people,deepen the training model of new entrepreneurial talents,and build entrepreneur-ship-innovation ecological campuses for higher vocational colleges through the establishment of a scientific and sys-tematic teaching system,the construction of a collaborative incubation platform for production and education,the improvement of the evaluation mechanism for entrepreneurship and innovation achievements,and the construction of an information-based innovation and entrepreneurship platform.
