数字孪生系统在汽车维修专业实践教学中的应用研究

数字孪生实践教学系统是基于数字孪生技术,通过构建包含仿真、实测、数据分析等功能的汽车维修实体模型,将数字孪生技术应用于汽车维修专业实践教学中的系统.在对高职院校汽车维修专业的实践教学现状进行分析的基础上,针对该专业实践教学中亟待解决的问题,提出构建基于数字孪生的汽车维修实体模型、建设基于数字孪生技术的实时数据上传网络、打造混合现实的厂校汽车修理互动平台等开发思路,探讨了其在提升教学效率、增强学生实践能力方面的有效性以及未来进一步优化的方向.
Research on the Application of Digital Twin System in the Practical Teaching of Automobile Maintenance
The digital twin technology practical teaching system is a system based on digital twin technology and applies digital twin technology to the practical teaching of automobile maintenance profession by building a physical automobile maintenance model,which includes simulation,actual measurement,data analysis and other functions.On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of practical teaching in automobile maintenance major in higher vocational colleges and universities,and in view of the problems that need to be solved urgently in the practical teaching of this major,the development ideas of constructing a physical automobile maintenance model based on dig-ital twin technology,building a real-time data upload network based on digital twin technology,and creating a real garage-college interactive automobile maintenance platform are proposed,and its effectiveness in improving teaching efficiency and enhancing students'practical ability and the direction of its further optimization in the future are dis-cussed.
