Study on the Construction and Practice of Teaching Innovation Team of New Liberal Arts Teachers in Vocational Colleges under the Background of"the Belt and Road"
Vocational education is an important component of the modern education system,and its develop-ment trend determines the direction and effectiveness of educational reform.The construction of new liberal arts is the main task of modernizing education in the new era,and is a substantial innovation in the vocational education curriculum system and the teaching objectives.With the implementation of the"the Belt and Road"initiative,the development orientation of vocational education in China has become increasingly clear,and the demand for the culti-vation of high-quality composite talents has been increasing,and the construction of teaching innovation teams of new liberal arts teachers is also facing new opportunities and challenges.Based on this,this paper fully discusses the value connotation,practical problems and practical paths of the construction of new liberal arts teachers'teaching in-novation team,in order to provide reference for the construction of new liberal arts in vocational colleges.
