Study on the Differences of"Supernatural"Phenomena in the Oral Version and Adapted Versions of Lu Opera"Divorce Ding Xiang"
Lu Opera"Divorce Dingxiang"originated from Duan-Gong Opera,and different performance ver-sions have emerged in its development process.The"supernatural"phenomena such as"the birth of the star","the silver in the garden"and"the arson by the god of fire"recorded in the oral version of"Divorce Dingxiang"reflect the narrative characteristics and cultural connotation of"Divorce Dingxiang"formed under the traditional folk perform-ing form.However,under the guidance of the drama reform policy,many adapted versions represented by Chen's"Divorce Dingxiang"have changed the artistic style and ideological connotation of the play by eliminating a series of"supernatural"phenomena,giving it a more obvious realist style,with a stronger focus on reality.From the oral version to the adapted version,the elimination of the"supernatural"phenomena in the Lu Opera"Divorce Dingxiang"is an important turning point in the development history of the play.
