Regional Analysis and Planning course is closely related to regional economic and social development practices and regional development strategies.The course contains a large number of ideological and political ele-ments,so it has a unique advantage in carrying out ideological and political education.In this paper the ideological and political elements in Regional Analysis and Planning course have been sorted out from the perspectives of politi-cal identity,value orientation,and other ideological and political perspectives.And the construction path of ideology and politics for Regional Analysis and Planning course is proposed from four aspects,including the construction of course content,the construction of teacher teams,the teaching operation mode,and the evaluation and assessment system.
