The Dilemma and the Way Out of the Reform of Teaching of Undergraduate Courses of Law in the Background of Internet
The teaching of law at the undergraduate level is faced with problems such as the little effect of the existing teaching model,the lack of interoperability of theory and practical teaching,the need to improve the infor-matized teaching ability of teachers,and the lack of intelligent technical support in case database,thus the require-ments of legal education in the Internet era cannot be met.Based on this,it is necessary to carry out reforms from five aspects,including the digital transformation of teaching concepts,the expansion of the use of virtual simulation teaching methods,the improvement of teachers'informatized teaching capabilities,the construction of an intelligent case resource application system,and the improvement of the integration and acquisition mechanism of liberal arts and sciences knowledge,so as to make full use of the information advantages of the Internet and use innovative tech-nologies,and ultimately to make law teaching classroom more suitable for the development of the Internet era.
