摘要

生物化学是医学生重要的专业基础课程,是衔接上下游基础课程和临床课程的桥梁,是学生临床实践所必备的基础,直接决定人才培养质量的高低.打造"金课"已成为当前大学教学改革的热点."双高计划"背景下,针对高职医学院校生物化学"金课"的建设现状,明确线上线下混合式"金课"的建设思路,从加强师资队伍建设、优化整合课程内容、建设精品在线开放课程、创新教学方法和手段、建立多元化考核评价机制等构建了实践与创新能力为导向的生物化学"金课"课程体系,为建设符合"两性一度"标准的高职院校特色的生物化学线上线下混合式金课奠定基础.

Abstract

Biochemistry is one of the important basic courses for medical students and,bridging between previ-ous basic courses and subsequent clinical courses,is the essential foundation of clinical practice,which can deter-mine the talent training quality.To build"golden class"has become a hot spot of current reform of college curricu-lum.Under the background of"Double-High Plan",this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of biochemistry"golden course"in higher vocational medical colleges,clarifies the construction idea of online and off-line hybrid"golden class",and constructs a practice and innovation oriented biochemistry"golden class"from strengthening the construction of teacher teams,optimizing and integrating class contents,constructing high-quality online open courses,innovating teaching methods and means,and establishing a diversified assessment and evalua-tion mechanism to build a practical and innovative ability-oriented biochemistry"golden course"curriculum system,in the hope of playing a reference role for golden course construction of hybrid online and offline biochemistry cour-ses that meet the standards of"High Level,Innovation,and Challenging".
