摘要
新质生产力是促进经济增长、科技创新和产业转型的源动力.农业职业教育对新质生产力的形成和发展具有关键的驱动作用.目前,农业职业教育赋能新质生产力发展面临着诸多现实性的挑战,严重制约了农业职业教育赋能新质生产力发展目标的达成.基于此,提出了更新农业职业教育人才培养理念、积极培育数字化人才、重视人才培养的社会效益及提升教师科研能力等策略,以期为农业职业教育赋能新质生产力发展提供理论支撑.
Abstract
New quality productivity is the source of economic growth,scientific and technological innovation and industrial transformation.Agricultural vocational education plays a key driving role in the formation and develop-ment of new quality productive forces.At present,the development of agricultural vocational education enabling new quality productivity is facing many realistic challenges,which seriously restricts the achievement of the develop-ment goal of agricultural vocational education enabling new quality productivity.Based on this,strategies such as updating the concept of talent training in agricultural vocational education,actively cultivating digital talents,attac-hing importance to the social benefits of talent training,and improving teachers'scientific research ability are pro-posed in order to provide theoretical support for the development of agricultural vocational education enabling new quality productivity.
